Rotate handle counterclockwise until de-riveting pin clears chain cradle.

Instructions

Place chain on chain cradle and align chain rivet with de-riveting pin.

Instructions

Cover chain with thumb and hold down for safety. Rotate handle clockwise until de-riveting pin tightens against chain rivet.

Instructions

Check for appropriate contact position and continue rotating handle clockwise to remove chain rivet.

Instructions

Release handle and inspect chain for successful rivet removal. Remove chain from tool and separate.

Remove entire handle with pin from chain tool body.

Replacing the De-riveting pin

Pull the pin out of the handle. Rotate pin 180 degrees, and insert back into handle. Replace handle into chain tool body.
